Description

  • Design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and analytics tools that turn People data into actionable insights and reduce manual work.
  • Architect solutions around BigQuery and integrate data from systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Docebo, Tangelo, Salesforce, and other internal platforms.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, automation frameworks, and analytics infrastructure for People technology use cases.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, observability standards, and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
  • Define prompt engineering standards, version control practices, and governance approaches for AI systems operating on sensitive People data.
  • Partner with People Analytics and business stakeholders to translate workforce problems into scalable technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Design secure systems that use anonymization, aggregation, access controls, and responsible AI practices to protect employee data.
  • Create dashboards, AI assistants, training materials, playbooks, and reusable frameworks that enable People teams to adopt AI-driven workflows.
  • Document systems, architecture decisions, and governance frameworks for People AI initiatives.
  • Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and influence cross-functional AI architecture and standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering or data engineering experience, including 2+ years working with AI/ML systems or LLM-based workflows.
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery for data processing and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, modern APIs, and LLM platforms or frameworks such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Experience integrating enterprise SaaS systems such as HRIS or CRM platforms.
  • Experience designing scalable data pipelines, automation frameworks, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Experience working with sensitive data environments and implementing responsible AI practices, including anonymization, access controls, governance, and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document systems clearly, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Bonus: experience with HR technology ecosystems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and learning platforms.
  • Bonus: background in People Analytics or workforce analytics platforms, internal AI tools or copilots, workflow automation platforms, high-growth SaaS or distributed organizations, or AI governance/open-source AI work.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD $174,986 to USD $209,983 in the United States.
