Description

  • Partner with the Sales team to present Grafana Labs’ value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Communicate customer and market feedback to internal teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Drive customer conversations based on their needs and business problems.
  • Create and improve enablement materials such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support technical evaluations, demos, and hands-on enablement for customers.
  • Act as a bridge between customers, Sales, and internal technical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
  • Must be located in the United Kingdom.
  • Must be a French speaker.
  • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills for complex assignments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration and customer-facing work.
  • Ability to clearly articulate value proposition and technical advantages of products.
  • Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically.
  • Experience with open source technologies or the metrics/monitoring space is preferred.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.
