Description

  • Own the product roadmap, delivery, and developer experience for Dedicated Endpoints for AI Models Inference.
  • Partner with engineering and research to design tools for large-scale, high-load inference workloads.
  • Support sales and customers by preparing materials, leading PoCs and betas, and ensuring smooth onboarding of complex workloads.
  • Drive product–market fit through user research, customer interviews, and market and competitive analysis.
  • Manage technical partnerships and integrations to deliver measurable value within limited resources.
  • Work end to end from roadmap and design through launch and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements and releases.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience shipping technical products.
  • Experience working with 10–15+ cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, research, design, support, marketing, legal, and leadership.
  • Hands-on mindset with experience across the AIOps lifecycle, including inference, experimentation, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native and DevOps tooling.
  • Understanding of distributed systems and production infrastructure.
  • Excellent execution and project management skills across roadmaps, milestones, Agile processes, sprints, and change management.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to write PRDs, RFCs, runbooks, and release notes.
  • Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering, define precise requirements, and make practical trade-offs.
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally with enterprise customers and technical buyer personas.
  • Customer-obsessed and proactive in uncovering customer needs and AI strategy.
  • Bias toward action and ability to run problems end to end with incomplete data.
  • Must be authorized to work in the UK for remote work or in the Netherlands for hybrid work in Amsterdam.
