Description

  • Design and implement scalable, resilient software architectures using microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches.
  • Write, test, debug, and deliver production-ready code for new and existing applications.
  • Conduct code reviews focused on quality, security, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide team members.
  • Collaborate with product, design, operations, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
  • Research and implement technologies and methodologies that improve performance and development processes.
  • Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development practices and SDLC processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and communicate technical concepts and project updates.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing scalable and resilient .NET systems, including microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Advanced C# skills, RESTful API development, asynchronous programming, and design/resilience patterns such as DDD, CQRS, and circuit breakers.
  • Proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, indexing, and relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka, high-load optimization, caching, and distributed computing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
  • Strong testing, monitoring, and secure coding practices, including xUnit or NUnit, Serilog, and Application Insights.
  • Experience mentoring peers and making technical decisions in Agile teams.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English and B2+ Ukrainian/Russian.
  • Experience leading software development projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, cloud-native service design, and SDLC improvement is preferred.
