Description

  • Own and coordinate employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Support new hires and managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Partner with managers on trial-period reviews, surveys, follow-ups and result discussions.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Build trusted relationships with employees and address concerns, needs and aspirations.
  • Support managers with employee relations cases, workplace conflicts and other people-related challenges.
  • Support performance reviews, goal setting, development planning and career pathing discussions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Educate and enable managers on HR processes, policies, tools and people-management practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, development, engagement and offboarding.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee relations.
  • Experience partnering with managers on people-related decisions and challenging situations.
  • Strong communication and conflict-management skills for sensitive conversations.
  • Comfort working with HR data and metrics, including trend analysis and action planning.
  • Strong ownership and prioritization skills to manage multiple people topics at once.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology or international environment (nice to have).
  • Experience with HRIS, people analytics or other HR technology (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting manager or leadership development, employee engagement initiatives, or HR policy/process improvement (nice to have).
