Description

  • Own monthly reconciliation processes with casino game providers.
  • Validate financial settlements, accruals, deductions, and transactional data accuracy.
  • Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of financial issues.
  • Maintain high standards of financial control and reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze financial performance and profitability across providers and products.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve revenue and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and maintain analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams and external providers to collect and validate financial data.
  • Support initiatives to automate reconciliation and reporting processes.
  • Communicate with external providers on settlements, discrepancies, exchange rate differences, and financial queries.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets and financial reports.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and data analysis tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and business opportunities.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with external partners.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the Gambling, iGaming, Fintech, or Payments industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation and settlement processes is preferred.
  • Experience with Jira, 1C, or similar business systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to process automation or reporting optimization initiatives is preferred.
  • Understanding of exchange rate calculations and international settlements is preferred.
