Description

  • Set the product vision and overall strategy for the payment product portfolio in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Align product strategy with company goals, financial objectives, and long-term business vision.
  • Define development direction and plan product horizons for the next 12–24 months.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and retirement.
  • Lead the creation and launch of major new products, including cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Optimize product portfolio performance and return on investment.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Define and communicate product positioning and differentiation.
  • Act as a customer advocate and incorporate customer feedback into product decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the product management function, including managing product managers and senior leads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including 2+ years as a Lead Product Manager.
  • Proven experience defining company-level product metrics and ownership across teams.
  • Experience driving sustained growth in product metrics through launches and operational excellence.
  • Ability to define long-term product vision and development plans for a 12–24 month horizon.
  • Experience contributing to company strategy with other directors and senior leaders.
  • Strong ownership of resource allocation, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Proven people leadership experience, including managing multiple product managers and developing senior leaders.
