Description

  • Set the venture direction and lead day-to-day execution as co-founder and CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead pilot engagements with independent RIAs and convert them into paid customers.
  • Build and own the go-to-market motion for the business.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the initial product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and traction.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating norms.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to WealthTech and AI agents/LLMs.
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with your goals as a founder must be submitted to apply.
