Description

  • Develop and maintain high-load backend services.
  • Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical discussions.
  • Optimize and evolve existing systems and internal tools.
  • Take part in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions.
  • Write clear technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial experience with Python.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience designing scalable backend systems.
  • Good written English for documentation and communication.
  • Native Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with non-relational databases such as Cassandra or Redis/KeyDB is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience working with high-load or distributed systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Python FastAPI and Celery, GIT, CI/CD (Jenkins), and Kubernetes/Helm is relevant to the stack.
