Description

Develop and maintain high-load backend services.
Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in architectural decisions and technical discussions.
Optimize and evolve existing systems and internal tools.
Take part in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.
Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions.
Write clear technical documentation.

Requirements

4+ years of commercial experience with Python.
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience designing scalable backend systems.
Good written English for documentation and communication.
Native Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
Experience with non-relational databases such as Cassandra or Redis/KeyDB is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Experience working with high-load or distributed systems is a plus.
Experience with Python FastAPI and Celery, GIT, CI/CD (Jenkins), and Kubernetes/Helm is relevant to the stack.
