Description

  • Provide world-class customer service and resolve customer questions or concerns.
  • Partner with installers to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Manage a pipeline of projects through completion.
  • Conduct collaborative investigations into possible fraudulent or suspicious activities.
  • Analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform monthly partner due diligence checks.
  • Maintain diligent records related to customer support, projects, and partner activity.
  • Work independently while coordinating effectively with high-profile partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with high-profile partners.
  • Knowledge of solar, mortgage, and finance.
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Diligent record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
  • Superior customer service skills.
