Description

  • Manage projects from concept through implementation across fintech and crypto initiatives, including Landing, Payment cards, Simple Earn, and HaaS.
  • Develop process concepts, break work into tasks, and define clear workflows and responsibilities.
  • Identify key stakeholders and coordinate work with internal teams, outsourced specialists, partners, and contractors.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize allocated budgets and expenditures.
  • Organize and streamline team workflows to support efficient execution.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project progress while balancing business goals and team capacity.
  • Set clear tasks, ensure successful execution, and adapt plans as priorities change.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain effective cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in IT/crypto projects or fintech.
  • Ability to design processes, decompose tasks conceptually, and assign responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets, including financial plans and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and mobilize teams toward project goals.
  • Ability to balance business priorities with team capacity and make practical, flexible decisions.
  • High level of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and external contractors.
  • Basic understanding of Web3 and the crypto industry is a plus.
