Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and keep CRM records and sales metrics up to date.
  • Engage with C-level executives and other decision-makers to advance high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to support onboarding and solution alignment.
  • Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events, with occasional travel required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services such as global expansion, payroll, accounting and taxes, or outsourcing.
  • Experience building pipeline through multiple channels, including cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email cadences, referral partners, events, and existing networks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex deals.
  • Organized, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first global team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
  • Experience with proactive and creative lead generation approaches is preferred.
  • Experience in a global or international business environment is preferred.
