Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, networking, and other proactive outreach methods.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and keep CRM records and sales metrics up to date.
  • Engage with C-level executives and other decision-makers to advance and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to support onboarding and solution alignment.
  • Represent GoGlobal in client meetings and at industry events, including occasional travel.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and help shape the company’s sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services such as global expansion, payroll, accounting and tax, or outsourcing.
  • Experience building pipeline through multiple channels, including prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email cadences, referral partners, events, and existing contacts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex deals.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first global team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
  • Ability to use creative, proactive lead-generation approaches.
  • Experience in international or global business environments is preferred.
