Description

  • Lead the digitization, technology transformation, and process automation agenda for the finance function.
  • Build and execute the Finance Systems roadmap, including ERP implementation and reporting infrastructure.
  • Drive automation of manual finance processes such as data aggregation, intercompany reconciliation, journal entry workflows, consolidation reporting, and report generation.
  • Develop financial dashboards, analytics infrastructure, and data pipelines to support real-time management reporting and executive decision-making.
  • Prioritize finance systems initiatives by business impact, scalability, and resource availability, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Partner with IT, the Financial Controller, and FP&A to translate finance requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners across finance systems projects.
  • Establish system governance, data quality standards, and user access controls across finance platforms.
  • Support UAT, ongoing development, and rule/logic setup for finance-owned workflows in coordination with IT.
  • Support onboarding of new entities onto Group finance systems, including standard configurations, chart of accounts, and reporting structures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or finance technology roles within an MNC or high-growth company.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with cloud ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of ERP implementation or finance system optimization with measurable efficiency outcomes.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI for financial reporting and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes including AP, AR, General Ledger, consolidation, financial close, and planning.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong project management skills leading cross-functional technology projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
  • Experience coordinating finance system rules, logic setup, and user acceptance testing with IT (preferred).
  • Experience with workflow automation, expense platforms, credit card integrations, or referral partner scheme systems (preferred).
