Description

  • Own quarterly and annual roadmap planning, connecting business goals, squad capacity, and delivery commitments.
  • Prepare executive updates, facilitate sprint demos and retrospectives, and connect planned work to shipped outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Design and manage the end-to-end development process, from intake and requirements through build, delivery, and scope approval.
  • Build and operate an intake and prioritization framework for feature requests, initiatives, and technical investments.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, estimation practices, and decision points across product, engineering, design, and data.
  • Track Platform delivery commitments, surface risks and blockers, recommend solutions, and drive follow-through.
  • Represent Platform priorities in cross-functional forums and support implementation of the full squad model.
  • Track development hours, team capacity, budgets, and resource allocation in partnership with finance.
  • Own Platform health metrics, including delivery velocity, planning accuracy, intake cycle times, uptime, and SLAs within scope.
  • Coordinate Platform requests with compliance, legal, finance, BI, people, customer experience, and advisor experience teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or senior operations within a product or technology organization.
  • Experience building operating models and processes from the ground up, preferably in a transformation environment.
  • Deep knowledge of agile product delivery, software development workflows, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
  • Experience designing and managing trusted intake, scoring, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Experience running quarterly planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and executive-facing reporting.
  • Strong command of sizing and estimation methodologies across teams.
  • Skilled facilitator and decision-driver with experience leading technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive escalation and issue-resolution skills, including presenting context and recommended paths forward.
  • Experience with budget tracking, resource allocation, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Data fluency, including defining metrics, interpreting dashboards, and conducting independent analysis.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences without positional authority.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and competing priorities; financial services or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.

  • Total annual cash compensation of $175,000–$210,000 USD, including base salary and annual bonus.
