Description

  • Define and deliver a global People strategy that supports business growth.
  • Build and lead a multi-region HR function across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Advise the CEO, Chief of Staff, and leadership team on people and talent decisions.
  • Drive global organisational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
  • Lead AI-enabled HR transformation and innovation initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure global compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Shape, embed, and evolve company culture through strategic and creative initiatives.
  • Build, improve, and refine the People function in a hands-on leadership role.

Requirements

  • Proven HR leadership experience in a global, multi-country scale-up environment.
  • Strong exposure across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Experience as a strategic HR Business Partner with commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience building and scaling People functions from the ground up.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, terminations, and global compliance.
  • Track record of delivering HR transformation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Highly hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and combine strategy with execution.
  • Creative and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to design culture-shaping initiatives in a fast-growth environment.
  • Globally minded, culturally aware, and able to lead with an engaging, authentic, and fun style.
  • Willingness to consent to background and reference checks, to the extent permissible by law.
