Description

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for the HubSpot platform, owning the roadmap and vision for sales usage optimization.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the HubSpot backlog based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource availability.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitate stakeholder requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Establish and manage a formal change request process, including triage, prioritization, logging, and impact analysis.
  • Develop implementation plans for approved HubSpot changes, including timelines, resource needs, and risk mitigation.
  • Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot workflows, automations, custom processes, SOPs, and system architecture.
  • Align HubSpot configurations with data governance policies and maintain data quality, naming conventions, and field management protocols.
  • Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, document defects, and support resolution before production deployment.
  • Monitor platform performance, run audits, identify optimization opportunities, and report on usage, adoption, and ROI.
  • Facilitate training, create user guides, and benchmark HubSpot usage against best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with workflow automation, lead scoring, and attribution modeling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
  • HubSpot certifications preferred, such as Administrator, Implementation, or Solutions Partner.
  • Proven experience in business process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product ownership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of marketing operations, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Diplomatic approach to change management and conflict resolution.
  • Experience with SQL and data querying languages preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations preferred.
  • Familiarity with complementary marketing tech tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Segment preferred.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or similar preferred.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company environment preferred.
  • Understanding of revenue operations (RevOps) principles preferred.
