Description

  • Manage multi-brand creative project intake, ensuring requests contain the information needed for accurate scoping and scheduling.
  • Monitor delivery timelines and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Maintain Monday.com boards, workflows, dashboards, and automations to improve project visibility and tracking.
  • Organize and govern digital assets in Bynder using standardized filing systems, naming protocols, and brand landing pages.
  • Audit and document workflows from project intake through final delivery.
  • Participate in sprint planning and team meetings, communicating project updates and requirements across creative and marketing teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve creative efficiency.
  • Support special projects and department initiatives while proposing workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative operations, project management, or production coordination across concurrent, multi-brand initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with project management platforms; Monday.com experience with dashboards and automations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management platforms, particularly Bynder, or willingness to master them.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities without compromising quality, structure, or accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills focused on removing roadblocks and clarifying accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to bridging creative execution and marketing strategy.
