Description

  • Resolve technical issues for inbound support teams and customers in line with service-level agreements.
  • Answer customer technical support questions through the CRM.
  • Troubleshoot hosting, domains, and web-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to customer satisfaction.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical customers.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and composed approach.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, customer support, help desk, or web development.
  • Basic understanding of Linux and/or Windows hosting environments.
  • Knowledge of web hosting technologies, including LAMP and/or WAMP environments.
  • Understanding of DNS concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge; PHP familiarity is an advantage.
  • Strong written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with hosting control panels such as cPanel or Plesk is preferred.
  • WordPress CMS experience is preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly Claude Code, is preferred.
