Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of brand accounts by prioritising activity across value, risk, and opportunity.
  • Build account plans that connect client goals to practical revenue and growth opportunities.
  • Run structured, commercially focused QBRs and client conversations.
  • Identify, progress, and track expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage renewals, identify churn risks early, and work to protect retention.
  • Use client feedback, usage data, and commercial judgement to assess account health.
  • Support clients to launch, improve, and expand targeted discount campaigns.
  • Run early post-launch check-ins and remove friction in the client experience.
  • Share client feedback, challenges, and growth blockers with Sales, Product, and Partnerships.
  • Help improve client success processes, playbooks, positioning, and internal workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of client relationships where growth, renewal, and expansion were part of the remit.
  • A track record of identifying and progressing commercial opportunities, not just maintaining relationships.
  • A data-informed approach to identifying client risks, problems, and opportunities.
  • Confidence in commercial conversations about value, performance, contract terms, and next steps.
  • Strong prioritisation skills for triaging a large account list and focusing on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Confidence with CRM data and a disciplined approach to tracking activity and pipeline.
  • A bias toward action and ownership, with the ability to follow up and move things forward independently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment where processes are still evolving.
  • Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, affiliate, or marketing landscapes is a bonus.
