Description

  • Own and grow a defined book of existing U.S. seller accounts, with accountability for supply health, GMV growth, and relationship quality.
  • Proactively identify supply gaps and bring forward action plans to leadership rather than only flagging issues.
  • Assess account potential and position GOAT as the preferred listing platform for each seller.
  • Prepare and present regular, data-driven business reviews that are commercially compelling.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for the regional AM team by sharing ideas, market intelligence, and practical guidance.
  • Lead weekly KPI reviews for your account set independently and bring conclusions and recommendations to the Director.
  • Coach AMs through 1:1s to strengthen commercial instincts, data usage, and account outcomes.
  • Lead execution of seller initiatives and team projects from proposal through measurement.
  • Monitor market dynamics across apparel and resale and translate trends into account and team action.
  • Use AI tools in day-to-day work and identify repetitive workflows that can be automated.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, with wholesale, brand, or retail experience.
  • Luxury and resale apparel experience strongly preferred.
  • People management or team lead experience.
  • Demonstrated active use of AI tools in a practical, exploratory way.
  • Ability to pull and interpret account performance data independently.
  • Strong market awareness of the apparel and resale landscape.
  • Ability to act as a player-coach and support teammates while managing your own accounts.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are required.
  • Experience using AI for outreach, summaries, market research, or workflow automation is preferred.
  • Comfort bringing recommendations and original thinking to leadership and team reviews.
