Description

  • Monitor key marketplace metrics such as liquidity, active quantity, pricing, and engagement to surface trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Analyze sales, stock on-hand, and on-order data at the style/color/size level to recommend style selections, unit allocations, and pricing strategies.
  • Track product trends and conduct competitive intelligence research to identify emerging categories and maintain a best-in-class assortment.
  • Monitor active supply metrics to ensure marketplace supply meets future demand and measure the impact of initiatives such as SKU-based incentives.
  • Evaluate current reporting and identify new ways to improve performance tracking.
  • Develop and optimize workflows using templates and AI tools across systems.
  • Support projects and ad hoc tasks for the manager and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role such as planning, buying, supply chain, e-commerce, or a similar field; fashion and footwear experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of retail math and e-commerce metrics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Comfort using AI tools.
  • Ability to move quickly from data to decisions and manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Research skills with the ability to gather and organize data into actionable recommendations.
  • Scrappy, resourceful mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, Python, or inventory planning is a bonus.
