Description

  • Design and deliver agentic workflows and scalable microservices in a distributed system architecture, primarily using Python.
  • Lead integration of Generative AI capabilities, including LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows, into production systems.
  • Implement operational practices, observability, and autonomous monitoring to ensure AI reliability in production.
  • Drive engineering quality and delivery speed through AI-SDLC practices, code reviews, test automation, and continuous trace-based quality evaluation.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tooling and contribute to the technical roadmap for agentic AI-SDLC and production operations.
  • Mentor fellow engineers and help raise the overall technical standard of the engineering team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building production-grade agentic systems in distributed environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, or TypeScript/Go/Rust with the ability to transition to Python.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, DeepAgents, OpenClaw, Hermes, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience designing cloud-native, event-driven architectures using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, GraphQL or REST APIs, and messaging systems such as SQS/SNS.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB, preferably including vector databases.
  • Familiarity with AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a highly autonomous environment.
  • Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend technologies is a plus.
