Description

  • Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create blog posts, newsletters, videos, and infographics that educate higher education professionals on retirement and financial planning topics.
  • Run paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Build automated email marketing sequences to nurture leads through the retirement planning journey.
  • Improve website content and user experience to support search rankings and prospective client research.
  • Promote and manage webinars and virtual events for educators approaching retirement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial industry regulations and transparency standards.
  • Track campaign performance and use analytics to optimize marketing efforts and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to align marketing activities with client needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and paid digital advertising.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with retirement planning, pensions, and tax strategies relevant to educators.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and video marketing skills.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Must have a primary computer with at least an Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, USB noise-cancelling headset, and a clear camera.
  • Must have a backup computer meeting the same minimum specifications or a UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours.
  • Primary internet connection must be DSL or fiber with at least 100 Mbps contracted speed.
  • Backup internet connection must provide at least 20 Mbps.
  • Preferred system setup includes an Intel Core i7/i9 or AMD Ryzen 7+, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Tahoe, and 500 Mbps contracted primary internet.
