Description

  • Manage the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs.
  • Ensure virtual assistant performance aligns with client expectations and required targets.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists that improve productivity and business profitability.
  • Support clients in growing their businesses through Global Medical’s services.
  • Manage Medical Client-VA relationships and workflows.
  • Handle client needs, including concerns, growth planning, pattern identification, escalations, and negotiations.
  • Work with high-level professionals in a team environment to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare, medical management, or remote management experience.
  • Familiarity with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in English, both written and oral.
  • Able to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded.
  • At least 1 year of training and development experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions as needed.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Must meet minimum system requirements, including an Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, USB noise-cancelling headset, and a clear camera.
  • Must have a primary internet connection of at least 100 mb/s DSL or fiber.
  • Must have a backup internet connection of at least 20 mb/s.
  • Must have backup power capability for at least 3 hours, typically via a 240Wh+ UPS device.
  • Recommended system requirements include Intel Core i7/i9/Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen 7+ and 16 GB RAM, with stronger backup setup and 500 mb/s primary internet preferred.
