Description

  • Manage the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client targets.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists that improve productivity and profitability.
  • Help clients grow their businesses using Global Medical’s services.
  • Manage Medical Client-VA relationships and performance alignment.
  • Handle client needs, concerns, high-level escalations, and negotiations.
  • Anticipate growth opportunities and identify recurring patterns in client accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients and team members in a high-pressure, professional environment.

Requirements

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare, medical management, or remote management experience.
  • Familiarity with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in English, both written and oral.
  • Able to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded.
  • At least 1 year of training and development experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions as needed.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Primary system: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura, USB noise-cancelling headset, and a clear camera.
  • Backup system: second computer with similar specs or a UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours, typically 240Wh or higher.
  • Primary internet connection: DSL/Fiber with a minimum 100 mb/s contracted speed.
  • Backup internet connection: minimum 20 mb/s via cell or wired.
  • Recommended primary system: Intel Core i7/i9/Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen 7 or higher, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Tahoe.
  • Recommended primary internet connection: DSL/Fiber with a minimum 500 mb/s contracted speed.
