Description

  • Design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power Omniflow’s core product experience across frontend, backend, and data layers.
  • Implement and maintain APIs and data models to support product features and integrations.
  • Drive system design and state management decisions to ensure reliability and correctness in production.
  • Investigate and perform deep debugging and failure analysis to resolve complex system issues end-to-end.
  • Translate ambiguous or high-level product goals into concrete execution plans and deliverable milestones.
  • Develop and operate AI platform components or agentic systems beyond simple prompt chaining, including orchestration and long-running workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and design to align engineering work with customer needs and product objectives.
  • Move projects forward with high ownership, prioritizing trust, correctness, and speed once intent is clear.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and operating production software.
  • Proven experience across the full stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data modeling.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills in system design, state management, and failure analysis.
  • Ability to drive progress through ambiguity and decompose vague problems into concrete execution plans.
  • Experience building or working on AI agentic builders or AI platforms beyond simple prompt chaining.
  • Perseverance to dig into complex systems, debug deeply, and see issues through to resolution.
  • Preferred: prior startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and real consequences.
  • Preferred: experience designing agent orchestration, tool-calling systems, planning/execution loops, or long-running AI workflows.
  • Preferred: strong, experience-backed opinions on why many AI app builders fail to produce real products.
