Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise partners during onboarding and guide them through implementation, timelines, and platform adoption.
  • Streamline onboarding workflows to reduce implementation timelines and accelerate partner time-to-value.
  • Work with Product to identify and prioritize enhancements that improve the onboarding experience.
  • Develop scalable onboarding processes, documentation, templates, best practices, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Success Operations, Sales, Product, and Partner Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and clear expectations.
  • Engage partners proactively to solve challenges, provide tailored guidance, and build trusted relationships during onboarding.
  • Track onboarding metrics, gather partner feedback, and recommend improvements to increase satisfaction.
  • Plan and deliver in-person onboarding touchpoints, including at least one on-site visit for each Enterprise onboarding school.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing software solutions for enterprise-level partners in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with partner onboarding tools such as Vitally, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or CRMs like Salesforce.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including comfort with integrations, APIs, or troubleshooting implementation issues.
  • Experience building systems from the ground up, including developing, documenting, and refining workflows.
  • Experience creating onboarding playbooks, knowledge bases, or training materials for scaled implementations.
  • Ability to manage onboarding projects with structured processes, clear timelines, and measurable milestones.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, implement repeatable solutions, and scale processes across teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a lean, high-performing team.
  • Exposure to EdTech or fundraising workflows, especially in Higher Education or K-12 schools, is a plus.
