Description

  • Architect and own the roadmap for the performance management and talent planning redesign initiative across the full talent lifecycle.
  • Partner with People Technology to translate the vision into scalable execution, including requirements, configuration support, UAT, and tool selection.
  • Lead project management for multi-phase initiatives by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and workstream alignment.
  • Build feedback loops that give employees visibility into progress and give managers actionable insight for coaching and development.
  • Design and deliver change management, manager toolkits, training, communications, and office hours to drive adoption.
  • Partner with People Business Partners, division leaders, and DIB partners to ensure programs are practical and aligned to business needs.
  • Develop succession planning, talent identification, and skills-based frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines and internal mobility.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics to create dashboards and talent health metrics that support workforce decisions.
  • Document processes, clarify ownership, manage dependencies, and continuously improve programs over time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a related people function.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and governing global talent management processes and enterprise-wide programs from concept through adoption.
  • Experience building roadmaps and applying a product mindset to performance and development programs.
  • Strong experience partnering with technology teams and translating program vision into business requirements; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated program and project management skills, including managing multi-phase rollouts and multiple workstreams in a remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Experience with change management and enablement, including training, manager toolkits, and communications.
  • Experience owning succession planning and talent identification approaches focused on leadership pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, building dashboards, and presenting insights to executive audiences.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across People, Technology, Analytics, and senior business leaders.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment with strong documentation and operational discipline.
