Description

  • Develop and maintain business workflows using NetSuite SuiteCloud tools including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript.
  • Build and support system integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and NetSuite SOAP APIs.
  • Serve as a system, field, and mapping expert for the RPA and iPaaS team.
  • Maintain metadata, records, objects, roles, and fields to support accurate data flow between systems.
  • Build and manage relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Improve internal analysis and planning processes to better support business operations.
  • Drive end-to-end technical delivery with minimal guidance.
  • Lead medium-sized projects that improve data-driven insights and operational efficiency.
  • Design and deploy code using Claude tools and intake requirements from multiple data sources.
  • Support new system features and capabilities while maintaining the production environment for scalability and compliance.

Requirements

  • Full understanding of the NetSuite stack with experience across modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, SuiteBilling, and Procurement.
  • Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, CSV imports, user provisioning, role definition, analytics, and script scheduling.
  • Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services, and Eclipse.
  • Understanding of JSON, SQL, APIs, GitLab products, SDLC, and DAP (Duo Agentic Platform).
  • Knowledge of Claude tools, including Claude cowork, Claude code, and MCP, and how they work with NetSuite, GitLab issues, other data sources, and VSCode.
  • Ability to design and deploy code from Claude and gather requirements and data from multiple sources.
  • Understanding of project management best practices and documentation for intake, design, deployment, and hypercare of cross-functional customizations and projects.
  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and database experience using SQL, NetSuite, ODBC, and other reporting tools.
  • NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS tools such as Zip, Coupa, Navan, and Zuora is a plus.
  • Ability to be a self-starter in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, resiliency under pressure, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong security and confidentiality practices for systems handling sensitive data.
