Description

  • Engage with customers through Zoom calls and email as a technical consultant and advisor during the post-sales process.
  • Provide technical, architectural, and best-practice guidance on GitLab solutions.
  • Drive measurable customer value that supports product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Align with Account Executives and Renewals Managers on customer-facing guidance tied to business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver customer workshops, demos, and other enablement materials.
  • Customize solution-based programs to fit individual customer needs.
  • Maintain specialty competency in one or more relevant technologies through training, certification, and reusable examples.
  • Contribute to documentation, the YouTube channel, and other enablement programs.
  • Continuously improve professional skills through training, reading, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Experience with GitLab use cases such as SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning.
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or highly technical tooling in adjacent fields.
  • Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical, architectural, or organizational problems and propose iterative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to become a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work with several teams at once.
  • Experience supporting customers of all sizes, including large enterprise organizations.
  • Willingness to keep building expertise through training, certification, and continued learning.
