Description

  • Own all client communication across email, Slack, and meetings for assigned accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of Amazon brands with a focus on growth, retention, and proactive strategy.
  • Review reports, decks, and deliverables from Pod members before they are sent to clients.
  • Track and report weekly sales targets, growth KPIs, budget risks, and underperformance.
  • Maintain 30/60/90 day goals for each account and drive progress with urgency.
  • Lead Pod operations by delegating tasks, triaging requests, and planning team capacity.
  • Conduct biweekly Pod check-ins to align on account health, priorities, and workload.
  • Maintain ClickUp boards, log tasks, and convert meeting notes and action items into tracked work.
  • Prepare for client meetings, brief the Pod, and manage post-meeting follow-up and updates.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training, development, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, account management, or eCommerce marketing.
  • Hands-on Amazon experience across PPC, SEO, catalog management, and creative optimization.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience directing cross-functional teams across functions and time zones.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a systematic approach to task management, reporting, and follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills, including client presentations, strategic briefs, and structured meetings.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, client-facing environment with a growth mindset.
  • Self-starter mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Agency experience with multi-brand or multi-client account management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Notion, tl;dv, Google Gemini, Helium 10, and Data dive is preferred.
  • Experience with the Eisenhower Matrix or similar prioritization frameworks is preferred.
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members is preferred.
