Description

  • Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations across assigned Amazon accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research, write listing content, optimize SEO, manage backend terms, and perform indexation tracking.
  • Develop creative briefs, review designer output, coordinate revisions, and manage A+, Premium A+, and Brand Store assets.
  • Resolve suppressed ASINs, catalog errors, Seller Support cases, pricing issues, and account-health concerns.
  • Monitor Buy Box percentage, inventory, ratings, profitability, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Manage client communications, biweekly performance decks, account updates, and 30/60/90-day strategies.
  • Coordinate PPC, creative, and Brand Manager workflows, including keyword lists, TACoS targets, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain ClickUp tasks, daily capacity planning, action items, due dates, and blocker escalation.
  • Develop client growth strategies and implement at least one category-specific strategy each quarter.
  • Submit daily check-ins and weekly summaries while maintaining SOPs and operational documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon brand accounts in Seller Central.
  • Experience working at or with an Amazon agency.
  • Experience with Amazon listing SEO, keyword research, listing copy, and indexation.
  • Experience using AI tools for ecommerce or operational workflows, including Claude AI or Google Gemini.
  • Experience managing client communications, performance decks, account issues, and next steps.
  • Experience coordinating Graphic Designer workloads, creative briefs, and revisions.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows with PPC and creative stakeholders.
  • Based in Mexico, Canada, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, or Australia, with availability during Eastern or Central Time business hours.
  • Experience with Figma, Airtable, and Google Workspace for creative coordination and documentation.
  • ClickUp experience is preferred.
