Description

  • Launch new high-growth offers efficiently (70–75% of focus), creating conversion-focused campaigns in under 10 hours of PMM time
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of high-growth offers (25–30% of focus), prioritizing the highest-potential opportunities to scale network margin
  • Conduct fast, thorough brand research (web properties, Amazon listings, reviews, creative assets) using AI tools to identify selling points and creative needs
  • Develop persuasive creative strategies and messaging that convert cold traffic into buyers using direct response principles and psychological triggers
  • Design pricing and promotion strategies (bundles, BOGOs, upsells) that balance average order value with conversion rates and profitability
  • Build, QA, and upload high-converting landing pages and advertorials using standardized templates and AI-powered tools, and maintain content in the GiddyUp platform
  • Track performance metrics and KPIs to identify winners, implement CRO and creative refreshes, and execute data-driven optimizations
  • Plan seasonally (especially Q4) and handle timely brand updates (sold-out SKUs, pricing changes) to prepare offers for scaling
  • Collaborate with Campaign Success Manager, Creative Team, approved vendors, and the Scale Team to pitch improvements, secure brand investments, and elevate offers to scale status
  • Create marketer-facing cheat sheets and resources (available pages, creative links, success tips) to support affiliate scaling and handoffs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in performance marketing or related roles
  • Experience with e-commerce products, pricing and promotions, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and creative strategy
  • Strong knowledge and experience in direct response marketing (preferred but valuable)
  • Experience with affiliate marketing (preferred)
  • Proven success optimizing e-commerce products and iterating to improve performance
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and in fast-paced/startup-like settings (preferred)
  • Proficiency with tools such as the GiddyUp Ecommerce Platform, VWO, Tableau, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Canto, Slack, and Excel
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and other AI creative/research tools) to accelerate workflows
  • Demonstrated competencies in analytical thinking, strategic and creative problem solving, prioritization/resource management, and ownership
