Description

  • Take full ownership of Amazon marketing activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) for assigned client accounts.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and continuously scale Sponsored Ads campaigns to meet performance targets.
  • Develop impactful campaign strategies aligned with client objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Report campaign outcomes to clients and proactively suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to refining workflows, processes, tools, and documentation to enhance campaign quality and efficiency.
  • Support client growth initiatives and may assume extended strategic responsibilities in long-term or expanded projects.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console); experience with DSP and AMG is preferred.
  • Practical expertise in Amazon SEO (preferred).
  • Very good Excel skills, including experience with PivotTables.
  • Highly analytical with a solid technical understanding and a quality- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of Japanese and fluency in English.
  • Availability to work in a freelance/collaborative engagement model (remote-friendly project scopes).
