Description

  • Conduct background research and design curriculum, learning materials, and educational tools.
  • Document emerging learning and develop findings into new learning products.
  • Design and maintain digital platforms such as WhatsApp or Slack for curriculum delivery and knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement among grantees through digital platforms.
  • Design and coordinate virtual curriculum gatherings, including eight virtual sessions.
  • Support the development of a learning pathway combining remote curriculum and facilitated practical work.
  • Contribute to methods for evaluating grantee projects and the overall Women for Wildlife initiative.
  • Support self-assessment methods for gender equity and gender-related rights within grantee organizations and projects.

Requirements

  • Experience or demonstrated ability in curriculum design.
  • Basic experience with or comfort evaluating educational curricula.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, and Google Docs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Interest in developing expertise in gender empowerment, gender equity, and conservation programming.
  • Ability to work remotely for 20 hours per week during the 12-month engagement.
