Description

  • Serve as a learning consultant to the Disputes Experience business, using business metrics to recommend learning strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop engaging learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, digital, self-paced, micro-learning, and social learning formats.
  • Create course content and media, including audio, video, simulations, games, branching scenarios, and system simulations.
  • Own end-to-end learning content development, including assessments that measure training effectiveness and application.
  • Analyze learning program effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve agent skills and performance.
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design practices, and learning technology trends to improve learning experiences.
  • Design inclusive learning experiences for diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Create and manage project plans covering responsibilities, timelines, requirements, and risks.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contact centers to drive learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing and developing multimodal learning, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and video.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices across learning modalities.
  • Experience designing system simulations, branching scenarios, and other advanced e-learning solutions.
  • Experience analyzing source material and creating design documents for developers.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate learning production while evaluating output quality and business impact.
  • Experience working in agile and waterfall (ADDIE) design environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience creating evaluation strategies based on learning and business metrics.
  • Experience with at least two authoring or production tools, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, iSpring Suite, or Canva.
  • Ability to create and manage clear project plans.
  • Graphic design, video, and audio production skills are preferred.
  • Experience driving outcomes through vendor partnerships and contact centers is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.

  • Base salary of $116,000–$160,000 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
  • Fully remote program or hybrid work with four office days and Fridays from home near Chime offices.
