Description

  • Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines when handling calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues according to company standards.
  • Maintain customer relationships through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Multitask across several applications while supporting customer interactions.
  • Communicate clearly with customers in both verbal and written formats.
  • Work reliably on a fixed full-time schedule from home.

Requirements

  • At least 85% English level is required (B2, C1, or C2).
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer service representative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems are required.
  • A Windows computer and headset are required.
  • Computer specifications must include Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent AMD Ryzen 3/5, 8GB RAM expandable to 16GB, Windows 10 or 11, and 250GB/500GB storage preferably SSD.
  • Ability to connect via ethernet and maintain at least 50Mbps internet speed is required.
  • Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule with reliability is required.
  • A police record and a copy of ID are required.
