Description

  • Assign customer jobs to the right technicians based on availability, location, and skillset.
  • Communicate with technicians by phone, chat, or email to share complete job details.
  • Gather and confirm technical information from customers so technicians are prepared.
  • Track open jobs in real time and follow up until completion is confirmed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and technicians in a clear, professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when needed.
  • Meet daily and weekly assignment targets to support team performance.
  • Document activities accurately in CRM and dispatch software.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once.
  • Comfort using dispatch and CRM systems and explaining job details to technicians.
  • Strong phone presence with a confident, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
  • Results-driven, ambitious, and able to work toward targets.
  • Quick problem-solving skills for unexpected scheduling or service issues.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or dispatch is a plus.
  • Own a working Windows computer; Mac computers are not allowed due to system compatibility.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Willing to undergo a background check if selected.
  • Ability to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day, aligned with EST.
