Description

  • Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide product and service information to customers following company guidelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in line with company standards.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines to handle calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain customer relationships through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Multitask across several applications while assisting customers.
  • Achieve member engagement targets as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 85% English proficiency level (B2, C1, or C2).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service representative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Computer literacy and experience using CRM systems.
  • Own a Windows computer and headset that meet the specified requirements: Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent AMD Ryzen 3/5, 8GB RAM expandable to 16GB, Windows 10 or 11, and 250/500GB storage preferably SSD.
  • Ability to connect to ethernet and maintain stable electricity and internet service.
  • At least 50 Mbps internet speed.
  • Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule reliably.
  • Provide a police record and a copy of ID.
