Description

  • Architect and design scalable, modular frontend systems and overall frontend architecture.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve core UI components and reusable libraries.
  • Identify and diagnose performance and rendering bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
  • Implement secure, compliant UI flows meeting authentication, authorization, data protection, and web accessibility standards.
  • Manage client-side state, caching, and data flows across applications (including micro-frontend contexts).
  • Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and regression safety.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for components, architecture, and integrations.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver consistent user experiences and align implementations with business requirements.
  • Provide progress updates, escalate challenges when needed, and contribute to a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with React and Next.js.
  • Deep knowledge of scalable frontend architectures and micro-frontend principles.
  • Extensive experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.) and client-side performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to build secure, maintainable UIs integrated with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with web security, authentication, and authorization best practices.
  • Experience with Git and modern frontend development workflows.
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (preferred/expected).
