Description

  • Provide technical leadership while working as part of cross-functional project teams.
  • Contribute as a Front End specialist on development projects.
  • Estimate development effort for projects.
  • Help define and execute the development strategy.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
  • Work directly with account directors, creatives, and clients to keep projects on schedule.
  • Mentor and develop other team members.
  • Implement and improve working practices.
  • Research emerging market trends to stay current.
  • Deliver a range of web-based projects, including mobile and web applications.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, React, Redux, and ES6.
  • At least 4 years of development experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver a wide range of projects, both large and small.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development.
  • Strong understanding of software development practices, processes, and Agile development principles.
  • Experience using GIT.
  • Knowledge of frameworks beyond your primary area of expertise (desired).
  • Team leadership and mentoring experience (desired).
  • Responsive design and development experience (desired).
  • Good client experience (desired).
  • Experience in the automotive industry (desired).
