Description

  • Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, custom themes, and child themes.
  • Develop and maintain landing pages, blogs, marketing websites, business websites, and WooCommerce stores.
  • Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into responsive WordPress pages.
  • Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, page speed, caching, lazy loading, image compression, minification, and CDN integrations.
  • Support SEO best practices through schema implementation, metadata optimization, and tools such as Yoast SEO and Rank Math.
  • Install, configure, and customize plugins such as WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, Elementor Pro, and membership plugins.
  • Extend plugin functionality with PHP and troubleshoot plugin conflicts and compatibility issues.
  • Apply WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates while maintaining backups, staging environments, and disaster recovery systems.
  • Monitor uptime, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide CMS support for non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and development teams on website updates and campaign launches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of WordPress development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery.
  • Experience managing hosting environments such as WP Engine, SiteGround, Kinsta, or cPanel.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, SEO, performance optimization, and website security.
  • Experience with WooCommerce customization is preferred.
  • Plugin development experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and staging environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting SaaS companies, agencies, e-commerce brands, or marketing teams is preferred.
  • Understanding of conversion-focused website design is preferred.
