Description

  • 负责核心交易产品的风控模型与策略体系建设，覆盖事前预警、事中拦截和事后分析全链路。
  • 针对交易场景设计、迭代和优化风控策略，实时识别并对抗价格操纵、洗单、虚假挂单、跨市场套利滥用等异常交易行为。
  • 基于订单簿数据、成交流水、用户持仓和资金划转等多维交易数据进行特征工程与变量挖掘，构建交易行为风险画像。
  • 参与保证金风控模型建设，包括强平模型优化、爆仓预警阈值优化和穿仓风险控制。
  • 运用图计算与社区发现算法识别协同操盘团伙、关联账户刷量等群体风险，并结合链上资金追踪形成完整风险闭环。
  • 建立交易风控指标监控体系，持续跟踪市场异常信号并输出可解释的风险评估结论。
  • 支持业务与合规决策，提升交易风险控制与异常事件处置能力。
  • 探索 AI/LLM 技术在交易风控场景中的落地应用，如异常订单行为智能检测、策略规则自动推荐和风险事件归因分析。

Requirements

  • 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学、统计学、数学、金融工程或相关专业。
  • 3 年以上风控模型或策略开发经验，有交易所或券商交易风控背景者优先。
  • 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言：Python、Java 或 Go。
  • 具备扎实的数据处理与建模能力，能够独立完成从数据清洗、特征工程到模型上线的全流程工作。
  • 熟悉主流机器学习模型，包括 XGBoost、LightGBM、逻辑回归和时序异常检测等，并了解其在高频交易数据场景下的工程化落地。
  • 熟悉图数据库，如 Neo4j、NebulaGraph 等，以及社区发现算法，如 Louvain、LPA 等。
  • 具有关联账户识别或团伙挖掘的实战经验。
  • 熟悉实时流处理技术，如 Flink、Kafka 等，具备生产级毫秒级风控策略落地能力。
  • 能够保障在极端行情或高频交易场景下实现实时风险阻断。
  • 加分项：熟悉 TradFi 品种金融规则，如股票、ETF、外汇市场交易规则，并能将传统合规风控模型迁移至 TradFi 风控场景。
  • 加分项：有将 LLM 实际用于风控场景的真实案例，如用户异常行为识别、策略自动生成或风险报告自动化。
