Description

  • Own and manage small-market client and broker relationships across a high-volume book of business of 50–75 accounts.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by executing key workflows, monitoring account health, and proactively addressing risks.
  • Track and analyze client success KPIs and turn insights into action plans that improve engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans aligned to client goals and own engagement-related KPIs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client projects with clear timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Account Management, Sales, and Concierge to triage issues and meet client needs.
  • Lead client meetings and communications with stakeholders and broker partners, providing education, insights, and recommendations.
  • Represent Garner in virtual and in-person client-facing sessions and deliver client reports, presentations, and educational sessions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a large, high-performing B2B book of business.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, client satisfaction, and net revenue retention (NRR).
  • Experience in the healthcare and benefits industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated client management expertise, including executive relationship ownership and day-to-day account management.
  • Experience navigating complex client and broker stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use KPIs and client insights to identify risks and drive measurable ROI.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, both written and presentation.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with curiosity and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability, mission-driven environment.
  • Comfort with remote work and occasional travel to headquarters, with up to 20% travel for client-facing sessions.

  • Total salary range of $80,000 - $107,000.
