Description

  • Support Level 1 IT and HR helpdesk inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues as the subject matter expert for day-to-day operations.
  • Triaging tickets through tools such as Zoho, Zendesk, or ServiceNow and routing issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including data management, transfers, change requests, and employment certifications.
  • Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform by entering, updating, and auditing personal and HR data.
  • Process HR documentation related to new hires, changes of status, benefits, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits for customers and professionals and coordinate with insurance, pension, and local service providers.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers by email, phone, chat, and other channels to resolve questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Finance, Payroll, Billing, Customer Success, and Sales Support.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing absence, bonus, and leave data and performing data accuracy checks.
  • Support HR process improvements, policy updates, company-wide initiatives, investigations, and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, including 4-6 years in global shared services supporting APAC, EMEA, and the US.
  • At least 2 years of global HR shared services experience preferred, with a key focus on IT helpdesk support.
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solving ability and strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • IT helpdesk background preferred, with extensive knowledge of Zoho IT Helpdesk.
  • Experience handling real-time chat bot interactions with quick response times.
  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Zoho, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or other HRMS tools.
  • Available to work Wednesday through Sunday in dynamic shifts, including potential weekend support; shift is 10:00 pm IST to 7:00 am IST.
