Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for the Developer Platform and its product offering.
  • Serve as the primary developer advocate across product teams and define the core developer offering, including APIs, services, tools, SDKs, and code samples.
  • Drive a high-velocity, customer-centric delivery cadence in partnership with Engineering.
  • Shape the product roadmap, define critical success metrics, and guide a team of product managers.
  • Direct the platform scaling strategy to support client growth and evolving market demands.
  • Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for the G-P Developer Platform across EOR, Contractor, and Gia product lines.
  • Leverage AI to create software solutions for global workforce management and compliance challenges.
  • Champion the voice of the developer internally and extend product integrations and capabilities for custom workflows.
  • Evangelize the developer platform to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering, customer success, operations, legal, HR, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders on product goals, deliverables, and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct customer research, interviews, and user testing to understand pain points and validate product ideas.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, third-party integrations, and user experience improvements.
  • Showcase platform capabilities through blogs, industry conferences, customer events, developer events, and webinars.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including significant time in a Senior or Principal B2B SaaS role.
  • Expert-level understanding of developer audiences, workflows, and modern tooling, including AI coding assistants and collaborative coding platforms.
  • Deep expertise in developer platforms, with preference for candidates who have built and shipped developer-focused products, tools, or services.
  • Demonstrated success owning a product from ideation to launch.
  • Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products that deliver significant customer value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience integrating with third-party tools, driving automation, and building products for high-volume, complex user bases.
  • Strong understanding of or direct experience working on Employer of Record (EOR) products or companies, preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual gross base salary range of $164,800 to $206,000.
  • Variable compensation in addition to base salary.
  • Annual bonus eligibility for non-sales roles, based on individual and company performance.
  • Commission structure for sales roles.
