Description

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing distributed team of program managers.
  • Develop and govern processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics to improve portfolio execution and outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of the AI-DLC across the organization.
  • Oversee the full portfolio, including dependencies, alignment to strategy, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Optimize portfolio allocation across PMO and cross-functional capacity against strategic priorities and customer commitments.
  • Work closely with internal and external matrixed teams across the organization.
  • Identify portfolio-level risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives related to PMO process, tooling, and data adoption.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and training for teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and portfolio insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of progressive project/program management leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience running large-scale, complex software deployment programs.
  • Direct experience with AI-driven development.
  • Experience building and leading a Program or Project Management Office, or similar portfolio governance function, in a high-tech environment.
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrix leadership environment across multiple business units, geographies, and cultures.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong team leadership skills, including the ability to build trust, foster alignment, and mentor direct reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on risk management and issue resolution.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $182,400 to $228,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Eligibility for a commission structure for sales roles.
