Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of IT engineers across multiple time zones.
  • Contribute to the annual IT roadmap and align IT initiatives with global business goals.
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point and provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex issues.
  • Partner with Infosec and Help Desk teams to align security controls and support workflows.
  • Foster a customer-first service culture focused on internal stakeholder support and problem-solving.
  • Ensure IT processes and procedures are clearly documented.
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues and advocate for product or service improvements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation during high-priority incidents.
  • Oversee administration, configuration, and security of cloud collaboration and productivity platforms.
  • Champion automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage identity and access administration, including secure SSO and application lifecycle management.
  • Define global endpoint management standards and oversee MDM and BYOD programs.
  • Lead global IT projects from discovery and design through implementation and rollout.
  • Manage global domain portfolio and public/private DNS records.
  • Maintain office infrastructure such as firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi for secure connectivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a multi-regional IT team with a focus on coaching and professional development.
  • 5+ years of hands-on administration in Microsoft Entra and Intune.
  • 2+ years managing Google Workspace architecture, sharing permissions, and integration of AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM.
  • 1+ years managing Google Cloud Platform, including project resource management and API configurations to support AI deployment.
  • 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 email and global DNS/domain security.
  • Experience managing cloud-based collaboration and communications tools such as Zoom and Slack.
  • Technically proficient in both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple interrelated and potentially competing priorities in parallel.
  • Experience identifying technical debt and contributing to annual IT roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Track record of scaling AI and automation to solve IT challenges and upskill teams.
  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Google Workspace Professional Administrator, and Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
  • Relevant certifications are considered a plus, but equivalent hands-on experience is prioritized.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $122,400 to $153,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Eligible for commission in sales roles or an annual bonus in non-sales roles, based on individual and company performance.
