Description

  • Lead and manage a team supporting clients with transaction reporting requirements.
  • Own client enquiries and requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Support clients in understanding platform functionality and resolving day-to-day reporting issues.
  • Take part in client training sessions and site visits.
  • Escalate issues promptly and track them through to resolution.
  • Support validation and UAT activity related to issue resolution.
  • Drive operational strategy, automation, and data quality initiatives across the managed services function.
  • Manage client-specific projects and deliverables.
  • Act as a bridge between internal technology teams and external stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team within a transaction reporting environment.
  • Strong client-facing background, ideally within financial services.
  • Securities finance experience is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of transaction reporting regimes such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC, or SFTR.
  • Comfortable grasping technical concepts and working alongside technology teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and APIs.
  • Familiarity with other vendor or regulatory reporting systems is useful.
